FOUNDER, CMHC

Sarah Windes

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and OCD, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) along with Lifespan Integration and somatic practices. My approach is warm, non-pathologizing, and focused on helping you understand your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with a clearer sense of who you are and where you’re going.

Abbey Holmes

SOCIAL WORKER, CSW, RYT

My experience is working with trauma and how it impacts our mind and body. I love working with people from different cultures and have years of experience living and working with indigenous communities. I enjoy helping them access their healing capacity to bring clarity, curiosity and compassion back into their systems. In addition, I hold a perspective that welcomes spirituality, ancestry, culture and tradition.

Chrystal Bracken offers a warm, non-judgmental space for adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, burnout, and deep-rooted shame. Drawing from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic and psychodynamic approaches, she helps clients understand patterns that once helped them survive but may no longer serve them. Chrystal’s approach is compassionate and collaborative, supporting clients as they process painful experiences, build self-compassion, and move toward a more authentic and connected way of living.
